The MS46524B Series expands Anritsu’s ShockLine performance line into the 4-port domain, enabling multiport testing from RF to 43.5 GHz. Built on the same trusted platform as the 2-port MS46522B, this VNA brings powerful test capabilities to high-frequency design and validation teams working with 5G mmWave, differential cables, and high-speed interconnects.

This series supports real-time time-domain analysis (Option 2) for TDR-style reflection analysis and mixed-mode S-parameters, while Option 22 enables signal integrity debugging with file-based circuit models—ideal for complex SI validation.

A bias tee option (61) allows DC biasing during measurements on the 8.5 GHz model, and the integrated 3U chassis includes the power supply and control PC, simplifying setup.
